Alexandra Korupp
Director, Human Resources
Alexandra Korupp is the Director of Human Resources of the Center for Literacy. As the head of the Human Resources Department, she is responsible for the successful management of CFL's human resources - our staff of quality educators, administrators, and support staff. She facilitates the organizational culture and recruitment process while making significant contributions to the Center for Literacy through strategic planning, employee skill development, benefit administration, and regulatory compliance. Alexandra received her Bachelors of Science in Finance and Marketing from Drexel University, has a Professional Human Resource Management Certification from Villanova University, and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management. In 2000, Alexandra began her own residential real estate business and has recently expanded into the international real estate markets.
