Description
This workshop will be an interactive and energetic sharing experience designed for educators and other human service professionals alike. Participants will reflect on challenging situations with consumers and strategize techniques for de-escalating those situations. Participants will also be introduced to methodologies used to resolve conflicts and create an environment conducive to learning with limited disruptions.
