Literacy Freeze

Welcome!  Do you want to make a difference?  Do you want to participate in the greatest literacy demonstration ever?  Do you want to raise awareness for a problem so pervasive, yet ignored?  Then, you must participate in the Literacy Freeze on Friday, November 20, 2009.  Come to 1401 JFK Blvd - on the west side of City Hall - at exactly 12:00.  Choose a pose and freeze when you hear the horn, and the world will watch.
