Focus on the Budgeting Process of CFL’s Educational Programs

Description

What is the budgeting process at Center for Literacy? CFL has a variety of contracts such as cost reimbursement, performance-based, blended cost reimbursement and performance-based, and fee for service. Contracts include both program costs (for example, personnel, benefits, instructional materials, technology) and administrative costs (for example, business office, human resources). This workshop will take an in-depth look at the nuts and bolts of budgeting at CFL, and what the differences are for each type of contract.
