There’s an old adage that compels reflection.  “If you don’t change your direction, you’ll end up where you’re heading.”  It gets you thinking about where you’re going and what’s guiding you, and often suggests the need for change.  Unfortunately, decision paralysis, fear, insecurity, or a beleaguered spirit can plague the best of us.  Or maybe you have ambitions, dreams or goals ready to launch and you just need that extra boost in confidence to get things rolling.  In either case, tapping into your full potential to embrace the challenge may be as simple as discovering your inner leader.  This workshop invites participants to explore an inner world of integrity, authenticity, and audacity in an effort to discover what it takes to effect change.  Participants will touch upon notions of actionable wisdom, reflective intuition, and personal visions.
