Programs
Horizon House Education Plus Youth Program:
CFL, in partnership with Horizon House, provides instruction for students with special needs and/or mental health needs to prepare them for post-secondary education, job training, or employment.  These students, recent high school graduates, require additional educational support to reach their goals.  Instruction addresses specific needs and interests of the student, and is inclusive of employment and academic skills.     

JEVS/Orleans Technical Institute:
In partnership with Jewish Employment and Vocational Services and Orleans Technical Institute, provides basic literacy and GED instruction to students enrolled in a trades training program.  Instruction addresses specific needs and interests of the student, and is inclusive of employment and academic skills.    

GPUAC – Bartram High School:
In partnership with the Greater Philadelphia Urban Affairs Coalition (GPUAC), provides literacy instruction for students at Bartram High School.  Students receive individualized reading and math instruction in a small group setting.  A subset of 12th grade students receives after school tutoring using the Youth Education for Tomorrow (YET) model, a program sponsored by Public and Private Ventures.  Participants receive level appropriate instruction, including individual mentoring and whole group lessons in reading and writing.
